UPSEE Eligibility for Lateral Entry to B.Tech/B.pharm/B.Arch/BHMCT/BFAD

Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow conducts UPSEE for admission to various courses. Direct admission to second year(lateral entry) B.Arch/BHMCT/BFAD/BFA/MBA  is not permissible.

Lateral Entry in B.Tech:

Candidates who have passed three years of diploma in Engineering from any Institution located in U.P with minimum of 45% for general category and a minimum of 40% for SC/ST or his/her mother/father has domicile of Uttar Pradesh are eligible for admission to second year(lateral entry) in B.tech.

Lateral entry in B.Tech Agricultural Engineering:

Candidates who have passed diploma of three years in agricultural engineering from any institution affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Board with a minimum of 45% and 40% for SC/ST or his/her parents have domicile of U.P are eligible to get admission to second year(lateral entry) of B.Tech in Agricultural engineering only.

  

Lateral Entry in B.Tech:

Candidateswho have passed 2/3 years of diploma in Pharmacy from any institution in U.P Board securing a minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST) are eligible for lateral entry to second year of bachelors of pharmacy or the candidates parent's have domicile of U.P.
